About the Department |

The Department of Cardiovascular Medicine is equipped with advanced cardiovascular imaging equipment, an ultrasound room, and an electrocardiogram (EGC) room. From August to September 2007, our hospital completed the installation of the “New Philips Cardiovascular Camera.” On October 29 of the same year, the hospital successfully performed the first case of coronary angiography. On November 14 of the same year, the first case of coronary intervention and coronary stent placement in our hospital was conducted.Thus, our hospital can perform coronary angiography and interventional procedures, including balloon dilation and vascular stent placement.Furthermore, our hospital can perform temporary and permanent pacemaker placement, cardiac resynchronization pacemaker, implantable cardiac defibrillator placement, and arteriovenous fistula dilation for renal dialysis patients. |
