About the Department |

The Department of Dentistry inherits the spirit of providing medical care in remote mountainous villages by missionaries. All medical and nursing staff do their best to care for patients in accordance with the purpose and mission of our hospital and set up designated medical stations in villages lacking healthcare resources to provide dental care and preventive health care services. The Department also guides students in nearby elementary schools to develop the concept of dental healthcare, promotes oral hygiene education for students, performs screening, and cooperates with health authorities in preventive healthcare, such as oral mucosal screening for community residents.

The Department has 6 treatment rooms, each of which is equipped with dental equipment and one of which is specifically designed to be soundproofed for the treatment of children and children with disabilities.Our hospital has completed the digitization of medical images and has two X-ray rooms, which are an apical X-ray room, full-mouth imaging, and a whole-head 3D tomography X-ray room. The Department also has a technician room and a sterilization room.
The dental outpatient clinic for people with special needs is independent, spacious, and well-equipped.
